A Landmark Achievement in 2025

In 2025, Leland Trawlers became the first charter vessel to complete a full, end-to-end charter of the entire Great Loop.

The journey began in Florida, where an Australian guest and his family boarded for what would become one of America’s great maritime adventures. Over the following months, they traveled the full Loop, arriving in Traverse City, Michigan in June.

In October, the voyage continued—six weeks underway—bringing the charter full circle back to Florida.
